Program Manager

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.

Job Summary

The Program Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) crisis facilities in rural Arizona. The Program Manager manages, and mentors the direct service personnel assigned to the facility to ensure that clinical operations are delivered in accordance with CBI Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes. The Program Manager is responsible for promoting a positive environment where community stakeholders and first responders are never told ‘no’ and that no person who presents for services is turned away. This position is an on-call position.

Skills/Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or GED required with one (1) year of management experience, preferably in a facility-based crisis or medical facility setting or a Bachelor's degree in business or field related to behavioral health.
• Data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming preferred.
