Mercy Multiplied exists to provide opportunities for all to experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and life-transforming power. Mercy’s residential counseling program is voluntary, biblically-based, and helps young women ages 13–32 break free from life-controlling issues and situations, including anxiety, depression, abuse, eating disorders, self-harm, addictions, unplanned pregnancy, and sex trafficking. These residential services are offered free-of-charge. In September of 2020, Mercy Multiplied launched its first Mercy Multiplied Center for Wellness and Counseling in Monroe/West Monroe, LA offering free-of-charge outpatient counseling to that community. Our Outreach Services train and resource men and women to effectively support and minister to those who are hurting and struggling through workshops, videos, podcasts, discipleship teaching, and other practical resources.

We have an immediate opening for a Program Director at our home located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Compensation:

Salary, $66,560-$70,720

Overview: The Program Director is leader of the Nashville facility, which is considered Mercy Multiplied’s flagship facility. The Nashville facility is the sole location to enroll pregnant residents and minor residents. The Program Director serves as a liaison to the corporate team and ensures ongoing communication among program and corporate staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

Program & Administrative Management

• Ensure compliance with Licensure Regulations for Residential Childcare Agencies and Maternity Homes set by Tennessee Department of Human Services

• Oversee flow and functionality of a 40-bed facility in relation to overseeing overall functioning of the home program

• Oversee crisis management of home and monitor overall safety of facility

• Coordinate outings, special events, and special guests – as needed

• Liaise with departments at corporate office to facilitate ongoing ministry-wide communication

• Consistently provide coaching and training to direct reports

Resident Support

• Facilitate orientation and progress meetings with residents

• Coordinate resident interventions and completion timelines as applicable with Counseling team

• Mediate issues concerning both residents and personnel

• Provide safe transportation of residents when needed
