Central Minnesota Senior Care is seeking to hire a caring and compassionate leader to join our team as a program director in our Willmar location. This position will assist in the management and monitoring of five homes in Willmar, Prinsburg, and Benson, with a main office location in Willmar. Knowledge of 144A & supervisory experience preferred but not required. Written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills and good time management is a must.

JOB SUMMARY:

The director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising, coordinating and evaluating the agency's home care services for clients. The director develops the agency's policies and procedures with input from staff and ensures that staff is appropriately trained, supervised and follows agency procedures with input from staff and ensures that staff is appropriately trained, supervised and follows agency procedures. The director is responsible for maintaining excellent quality in our home care services for assuring that our services meet all applicable state and federal requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Associate Degree Preferred
  • Must receive a "not disqualified" criminal background result from the Department of Human Services; and may not be on the OIG exclusions list.
  • Current driver's license

RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

  • Day to day operations of home care agency, including budgeting, staffing, supplies and equipment, including adjusting staffing needs as necessary to meet the clients' needs.
  • Develop, implement and oversee our agency's quality management and quality improvement program, analyze resulting data and make changes necessary to improve client outcomes and agency operations.
  • Manager on call responsibilities on a rotating basis.
  • Responsible for hiring, discipling and coaching of team members.
  • Tour of homes, and assisting in referral process for new admissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
