Description

Program Analyst supporting a Satellite Program Office, providing direct support to government customers in execution of their duties and responsibilities. Core support in developing and maintaining the office file plan, providing support to the Configuration Management lead, and to the front office team.

Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work in an interactive team environment with Government customer leads, satellite developers, and other subject matter experts
  • Become certified and maintain status as an NRO Program Records Officer (PRO)
  • Maintain electronic and physical records as the PRO, coordinate Non-Disclosure Agreements for access to secure office files
  • Create and maintain office file plan
  • Create a guide to finding electronic records to share with the office
  • Identify essential records necessary to function during a disaster and implement into the Continuity of Operations
  • Archive or destroy records in accordance with NRO governing documents
  • Work directly with Information Management Services Office to ensure compliance with Executive Order Directive, NRO Directives, NRO Instructions and other governing documents
  • Regularly publish guidance to office on proper record-keeping practices
  • Create and maintain all security and distribution mail groups. (Mail groups control folder accesses and are a key tool for communicating across the enterprise)
  • Provide support to Configuration Management (CM) / Request for Change (RFC) lead
  • Liaise with Security to have documents and multimedia transferred between networks
  • Provide back-up support for IT requests for the program office (order workstations, headsets, software, etc
  • Provide support to front office admin by assisting with calendar entries, travel, and answering phones

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and three (3) years or more of related experience; Masters and one year of related experience; in lieu of education, 4 years experience
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting a Government Program Office
  • At least 5 years of experience in Records Management
  • Experience using MS Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
