Job Title: Professional Residential and Commercial Cleaner

Location: Greater Olean Area

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Competitive and based on experience

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable professional cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in residential and commercial cleaning and possess exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure the highest level of service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
