• Achieve sales expectations and profitability objectives in accordance with approved plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Exhibit the highest level of Integrity, honesty and transparency in all activities .
• Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for customers daily either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside of the dealership.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of trucks and up-fit equipment to customers, including test drives.
• Utilize CRM to track inside and outside sales calls.
• Participate and attend in all approved industry associations and applicable events.
• Maintain training requirements and stay up to date on state laws and regulations.
• Continually study truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and applications.
• Foster teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
• Travel to customers locations and develop relationships to ensure future business.
• Follow all current company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Required
• Two to Four years related experience and/or training; Preferred
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must pass a background check and drug test
