Responsibilities

• Perform Standard, deep, move in/out, disinfecting cleanings
• Travel to sites to perform required cleaning duties and responsibilities
• Cleaner may be required to bring portable cleaning supplies with them to a job site
• Working knowledge of Verdant Facilities Maintenance, standards, policies and procedures
• Must utilize various forms of technology quickly and efficiently - including mobile apps and laptops -- to document observations of site, quick communication and record proper information from each property
• Assist employees with questions and escalate any concerns to supervisory staff as needed.
• Perform all other job duties as assigned by supervisor or management team
• Maybe required to work with other teams members

Qualifications

• 3+ years cleaning experienced is required.
• Knowledge of commercial industry cleaning, deep cleaning, COVID solution cleaning and electrostatic spraying a plus but not required
• 21 years of age or older
• Have great customer service and take pride in your work
• A willingness to learn and adapt

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
