What We Do At Inland

Inland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full-Time Production Team Member on our weekend shift. We print labels for brands like Kraft Heinz, New Glarus Brewing, Sprecher’s, Leinenkugel’s, and Coors Light. Inland family-owned business (77 years- to be exact) that invests in cutting edge technology and provides endless career advancement opportunities.

Work Schedule:

Weekend 12-hour shifts, 6:00am - 6:00pm or 6:00pm – 6:00am.

Work schedule will be as follows: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Pay:

Starting pay for this role is between $16 - $18/hour. This shift is compensated for 40 hours each week but scheduled for 36 working hours.

Let’s Talk About the Job

This position plays a vital role in the success of the Inland team with a variety of tasks including:

- Packages labels and prepares them for shipping.

- Performs a variety of quality checks to ensure we are meeting customer specifications.

- Operates manual and automatic shrink wrapper.

- Prepares cartons for shipping.

- Transports materials using powered hand trucks.

- Adhere to all Inland Safety Standards

Essential Skills & Experience:

- High school diploma or general education degree required.

- Ability to work well with others.

- Highly motivated and detail oriented

Work Environment:

Operates in a demanding, fast-paced, people-oriented manufacturing environment with frequent changes and interruptions, and multiple project assignments.

Physical Requirements:

Must meet physical requirements identified in work screen protocol; visual acuity corrected to 20/40; must pass Ishihara Color Assessment and receive a minimum of average/normal color vision score on the Farnsworth Munsell 100 Hues and D-15.
