We are looking for a motivated and professional Production Supervisor individual to join our production leadership team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Inland Packaging is seeking a full-time Production Supervisor to join our growing team on night shift. Work Schedule:* This position works our standard rotating 12-hour shift from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am where you work three days one week and four days the next week.
Wages: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Tell me about the job*

• Manage a team of up to 25 direct reports to ensure the highest level of quality, safety, and productivity on the assigned crew
• Coordinate with other leaders, peers, and departments to ensure proper coordination between shifts and departments to organize daily workflow through the assignment of responsibilities to direct reports
• Assist in carrying out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and protocols by interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning and assisting employees with advancement opportunities
• Ensure consistency through the implementation and sustainment of standard work practices

What should I bring to the team?

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Preferably through managing people, processes, and facilitation of project deliverables
• Ability to foster strong working relationships with direct reports
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
• Willingness and flexibility to lead and work in cross-functional teams
