Shift: 3rd - 11:30p-8:00a
- The production schedule will include working one or both weekend days.
What does a successful Production Supervisor do at Fiserv?
As a Production Supervisor, you will be supporting production for many of the largest financial institutions, loyalty programs and healthcare providers in their respective industries. In this hands-on supervisory role, you will oversee areas of production such as mail insertion and mail sorting based on USPS guidelines.
What you will do:
Analyze production schedules and labor requirements and establish or adjusts work procedures to meet production commitments.
Assure optimal utilization of people, skills, and equipment. Work to continually improve quality and production output.
Continually strive to enhance performance through solid analytical review of production metrics. Must be able to create and analyze the data for the department.f
Tracks and reports on production data to evaluate performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist with ensuring that all new hires are properly and adequality trained to perform their job responsibilities at the highest level.
What you will need to have:
HS diploma/equivalent required.
2-4 years of Supervisory experience in a production environment.
Experience operating a computer workstation.
Deep knowledge of inventory control.
What would be great to have:
Associate degree in Industrial Management or related field
Experience in coaching and developing employees.
Experience in being a critical decision maker in a fast-paced environment
