Ideaman, Inc. manufactures the Classic Magnets brand of souvenir and collectible refrigerator magnets! Our positions are not monotonous production positions as we produce hundreds of unique magnets each week. The positions we are looking to fill include Spray-Painting, Foil-Stamping, Assembly, Layout, Inspection, and Packing. These are full-time 1st-shift production positions with a starting pay of $15.00 and a performance review between 45 and 60 days. The hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday with some overtime hours available.

Benefits include:
- Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm with a half-hour lunch and two 10-minute breaks. Overtime opportunities are also available.
- Competitive Wages: Starting pay of $15.00 and a performance review between 45 and 60 days.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO is earned on your average weekly hours worked. If you average 38+ hours per week you will earn 16 hours of PTO after 6 months, 40 hours of PTO after 1 year, 80 hours after 2 years. PTO can be used in increments of two hours.
- Holiday Pay: Ideaman offers nine (9) paid holidays each year. Paid Holidays are as follows: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. Eligibility after 60 days of employment.
- 401K Plan with Company Contribution
- Health Insurance: United Health Care All Savers Health Insurance. Employee portion is $60 per week/48 weeks a year. Eligibility after 60 days of employment.
- Accident Insurance (AFLAC): This is a very affordable supplemental insurance plan that can be added for you and your family. The deductions are taken from your paycheck weekly. Eligibility after 60 days of employment.
- Life Insurance: Principal Term Life Insurance Policy of $20,000.00 at NO COST to the employee. You can also add additional term life insurance for you, your spouse or your children. The deductions would come out of your paycheck weekly.
