Job description
Onin Staffing is looking to add several FT, 2nd shift, Production Operators and Material Handlers to our Terre Haute, IN client, a large manufacturer of automotive steering assemblies. Some FT 1st shift positions also available. Production Operators and Material Handlers will work a 8-hour shift, and operate machinery to add individual parts to an automotive component. This position helps ensure that safety, quality and performance standards are met daily.
Previous experience in a production environment is helpful, but not necessary.
Location: Terre Haute, IN
Pay/Shift:
- $16.50/hr, 2:00 pm –10:30pm M-F daily schedule
Work Experience
- Operate individual process stations on assigned equipment
- Achieve production standards and goals
- Minimize production downtime and waste
- Ensure safe work procedures are adhered to
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- Drug screen required
