The role of the Production Superintendent is one established to drive Hydro-Gear forward. The individual in this role has the ability to truly make a difference and inspire. Responsibilities required include overseeing production teams and supervisory staff; coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals are achieved; customer demands are met; and administrative requirements are followed. Bachelor degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and minimum experience of 6 years in production environment preferred.
