At Olivia Care we are a family run Beauty business specializing in Organic and Natural Beauty products that you may have seen at Target, TJ Maxx, Ross & Burlington Stores among others. Our expanding team located in Gardena, CA is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to manage and oversee our Production/Manufacturing facility. Work will include- managing, motivating and appropriately scheduling workers’ schedules, setting productivity goals, implementing inventory systems, following cGMPs, developing workflow policy and procedures, evaluating machine resources and upgrades, optimizing from both a time and cost standpoint for supply chain & logistics processes, collaborating with Director of Operations, CEO, and Director of Sales/Operations. This person must bring a positive, can-do attitude to the office with an openness to learn and bring fresh ideas to the table daily!

Working office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, with occasional off hours & Saturdays needed during peak holiday busy season. Due to nature of job remote work is not a possibility at this time.

Ideal candidate MUST BE bilingual- English and Spanish (French a plus!), have 3-5 years’ experience in production management (beauty production a plus).

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
