These are night shift positions (5 PM - 5:30 AM) on a Rotating Shift - every other weekend off & (literally) 1/2 of the month off. Day Shift available @ $18 per hour (5 AM - 5:30 PM). Plastic Extrusion experience is a PLUS.

These are Direct Hire positions with a $1500 Sign-On Bonus for Day Shift & a $2000 Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift.

NOTE: Onboarding requires job training for 2 weeks on Day Shift.

Smart Work Schedule: 12 Hour Rotating Night Shifts @ $20 per hour with a 3 day, 36 hour week & then a 4 day, 48 hour week. Days @ $18 per hour.

Operators will operate & maintain plastic extrusion machines and manage raw materials. You will have to operate a forklift to move raw materials & finished products to appropriate area.

Forklift Certification is Required.

Additional Duties:

• Monitoring Extrusion Machine to insure correct product development.
• Log production and quality reports.
• Assist in routine machine maintenance.
• Weigh materials or products & record weight on tags, labels, or production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Working with a computer interface.
• Inventory Control - Scanning
• Record Keeping

✔ Valid Driver's License

✔ Your Own Transportation

✔ A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen

✔ A Solid Work History, NO Gaps

✔ Previous Manufacturing Experience Required

✔ Plastic Extrusion Process Experience a PLUS.

✔ Forklift Certification is Required.

✔ Repetitive Lifting up to 55 lbs.
