Job Purpose:

Participate in daily operations of production control department including daily shipping planning, inventory management, dunnage management, and outbound logistics management.

Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

• Maintain effective communications with customers and all support groups to ensure that proper attention is given to the customer shipping processes. Manage shipping plans to maintain proper finished goods inventory level in MCA which directly affects daily production schedule.

Support special means shipping such as scheduling a pick up, and packaging.
Validating daily shipping results in SAP(ERP) vs SCL(WMS).
Perform monthly PI (Physical Inventory) and adjust to maintain 100% inventory accuracy all the time.

• Analyze trend and fluctuation of customer demand and change shipping plans if needed, to avoid any sorts of risk for customer shipping shortage issues. Update shipping schedule planning file daily and release to all related teams.

Validate ASN vs Sales orders vs customer’s GR data and adjust if necessary.
Perform daily JIS closing in SCL(WMS) system.
Manage RMA process of customer return parts.

• -Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs by hands during physical inspection when necessary.
• Communicate with customers and all supporting groups to succeed E.O. implements with no issues.
• Accomplish 100% on-time delivery through effective daily and weekly production requirements planning.
• Customer relationsTake ownership for all customers’ requirements and address shipping issues by leading related teams.

Must be eligible to drive (Business Travel) to customer sites when it’s necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction through active promotion of MCA’s quality policy.
Work to build effective rapport with all internal and external groups in order to promote smooth and efficient business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred 5+ years).
• Fluent in English.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing primary problem-solving techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,760.00 - $65,000.00 per year
