Who we are: BBK has been a leading brand in the performance aftermarket since 1988 and produces a variety of performance products at our state-of-the art Temecula facility. As our machining facilities have experienced record growth, we are currently seeking to fill multiple positions within our CNC department.

About our Temecula facility: Our 50,000ft Temecula facility features state of the art multi-pallet horizontal, vertical & lathe centers, machining a variety of 356 & 6061 aluminum alloy products. The machine department produces a variety of both cast and billet aluminum products for our ever-growing line of performance fuel injection products.

About the positions:

Programmer: To modify existing programs, help to create programs for new products, and/or move existing products between machine centers. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of CNC programming experience. Must have hands-on set-up experience.

CNC machine Shop Supervisor: To oversee daily production within our machine department. Candidates for this management level position must have strong knowledge of all aspects of a CNC machine shop, including light program editing, tooling, and measuring equipment including CMM machines. Must also have strong hands-on set-up experience to help with daily set-ups, manage other set-up staff as well as machine operators to ensure that high-quality standards & specifications are maintained at all times. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of CNC lead experience and must have history and experience training and managing team members in a positive environment that is focused on proper training and individual growth in a team environment. All tools are supplied - however must have extensive knowledge of tools, inserts, cutters and other consumables as well as various types of CNC work holdings.

Day shift CNC Set-up Lead: To work with our machine department setting-up various jobs on a variety of Horizontal, Vertical & Lathe centers. Our CNC facility runs mostly reoccurring production jobs consisting of cast or billet aluminum with new jobs also being run as we continue to expand our product line. Dedicated work holdings are available for all production jobs along with drawings & set-up checklists. Must have at least 7-10yrs of CNC machine shop experience (job shop or production environment) along with light editing/programming knowledge. Our company utilizes a variety of Horizontal, Vertical & Lathe centers as well as Bar Feed Lathes with live tooling (Mazak, Mori Seiki etc.). Must be very experienced with on-going set-ups and helping to manage in-process inspections. Must have extensive experience with first article inspections. Must have good leadership skills and be able to lead a team of machine operators.

Machine Operator: To work with our production team in running pre-set-up products on various CNC mills & lathes. Must have experience with deburring as well as using inspection tools (calipers, etc.) and reading basic prints. Must have 1-3 years as a CNC operator and be a team player who works well with others.
