Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions is now hiring for our client in the automotive industry located in Marion, AR. These are full time, temp to perm positions for Production team members.

50+ Weekend Warriors NEEDED- 12 hour shifts - Friday/Saturday/Sunday.... have the whole week off!

20+ Full Time Associates needed- 10 day and 10 nights Monday-Friday with the occasioanl Saturday OT as needed

Location: Marion, AR

Start Date: Hiring Immediately

Shifts: 1st shift: 6am-6pm 2nd shift 6pm-6am Friday/Saturday/Sunday

WAGE: $16.50 (1st shift) and $18.15 (2nd shift)

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting finished products and ensuring they are meeting quality standards set by customer

Documenting defective parts.

Assisting with sorting and packaging finished products.

Reads and follows work instructions

Requirements:

• Must have proper PPE (Steel Toe Shoes, Safety Glasses, Face Mask)

Must be punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Lift a minimum of 25 lbs. on a repetitive basis for duration of shift

Walk, stand, and/or sit for duration of shiftMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and backgroundKnowledge of basic mathematicsThis job is also known as: warehouse, production, assembly, general laborer
