The Job Description
The Graphic and Production Designer will assist the Procurement Department with creating production artwork and order files. Additionally the position will support the Sales Departments with graphic design requests.

Goals
The position’s numerous responsibilities are listed below:

Graphic Design Support for Sales Team (50%)

• Design custom apparel for company customers
• Design product mockups for customers
• Assist sales team with special request artwork
• Develop new designs and styles for sales requests

Create production order files (30%)

• Build order files for international vendors for a variety of products (caps, facemask, sock and sweaters)
• Adhere to timeline for file production
• Proofread and carefully check your work for errors
• Communicate with design manager with ongoing updates

Digital Asset Management (15%)

• Ensure organized files for artwork with correct labeling, libraries, and organization
• Photo taking and editing for catalog and web
• Product Development (5%)
• Trend research
• Develop prints and colorways for future lines

Company Culture

• Establish positive, and effective culture between multiple divisions who rely on procurement (design, operations, sales, finance)
• Participate in weekly meetings and regular training within the company
• Positive energy and attitude working with others
• Support company objective of rapid revenue growth

The Job’s Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• Exceptional skills with Adobe Software (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• 1 year product design experience required. An ideal candidate will have designed apparel as well as production artwork for vendors
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Great eye for design and creativity
• Denver, CO based– we are currently not considering candidates re-locating.
• Quick learner, great attitude, team player

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with custom logo apparel
• Experience with hats, socks, and accessories
• Experience working with a small company

Details

• Title: Production and Graphic Designer
• Start Date: ASAP
• Compensation: $50K + benefits
• Benefits: Health Plan (50% of premiums), 3% Match of IRA
• PTO: Unlimited
• Hours: Full Time
• Location: Denver, CO In-Office
• Work From Home: 2 Day Per Week
