Job description

Looking for a new career or to establish and grow in a rewarding field? Cadillac Beverly Hills seeks fun and energetic candidates who are driven to sell with multiple full-time positions. As an Automotive Product Specialist, you will be responsible for selling automobiles through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The goal is to do business with every customer more than once. The primary responsibility is to provide each customer with exceptional service. Joining our team would give you the tools you need to succeed. Customer service, Hospitality, and Retail experience welcome!

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed income ($33,280 - $47,840 a year)

Qualifications:

  • Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Have quality customer service skills
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Tech-driven, with the drive to learn.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen before employment.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record acceptable to our policies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $33,281.00 - $150,000.00 per year
