Market America | SHOP.COM, a Global Product Brokerage and Internet Marketing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to manage our Layered Jewelry line.**

Position Summary
The Product Manager will manage the Layered Jewelry line; from introducing new products to evaluating existing products and making necessary adjustments to ensure the brands success. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales reports, evaluate market performance and streamline merchandising strategies. The primary goal of this role is to successfully implement swift, product to market, timelines for each Layered product launch to meet corporate goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication Requirements:

• Acts as a liaison between product teams, addressing their needs and concerns creating successful and swift continuous product to market timelines
• Keeping open lines of communication with internal and external teams, utilizing a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Remaining flexible and cooperative in working with teams to achieve a common goal.

Product Management Duties:

• Completes pricing and forecasting in conjunction with country teams for all new Layered product inventory.
• Responsible for keeping product images, content and size guides updated on all websites.
• Keeps track of packaging updates in each country.
• Prepares and executes annual sales and discontinuations.
• Completes all necessary paperwork/forms to execute new product launches.
• Reviews, organizes, and analyzes sales reports to identify new product opportunities with Senior Director of Motives, Skincare and Layered, Layered Brand Manager and Layered Lead Product Manager.
• Creates News and Announcements and messaging for field updates, internal communications, etc.
• Reviews final product information, materials, features, benefits, specifications, and pricing for catalogue to ensure accuracy.
• Writes white papers (ensures translations when needed) and completes code sheets for new products and updates PIM forms to ensure correct pricing and product information.
• Organizes and maintains filing systems for all documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Collaborates with Legal to ensure sales aids and advertisements comply with each country’s legal requirements.
• Assists in preparation of presentations, FAQ’s, and product information for events.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Two years' experience of product management, data & analytics, organizational management or being in a detail-oriented role.
• Or combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Travel

• Annual Conferences and Product related events (including but not limited to photo shoots, promotional events, etc.)

Skills

• Proficient use of MS Office Products, Excel, Work Flow, JIRA, and general computer applications.
• Moderate to above moderate levels of English reading comprehension, speaking, and writing; active listening; analysis; critical thinking; complex problem solving; coordination; and attention to detail.
• Ability to speak/communicate in Malay or Mandarin is a plus
