Job Summary

The Product Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the business with technology integrations and enhancements. This support will include data reporting, data modeling and extensive knowledge of a CRM application.

Support Functions:

  • Manage client implementation projects by collaborating with key business and technical stakeholders
  • Maintain data consistency and attributes within multiple applications, upholding constant visibility to Account Management
  • Streamline CRM implementation processes to ensure efficiencies are achieved
  • Manage technology enhancement requests for business participants
  • Collaborate with all departments/teams to provide the best possible user experience
  • Support third party technology partners with CRM projects & enhancements

Project Management:

  • Highly organized, multi tasker

  • Lead projects to successful outcome; build subject comprehension to understand risks and roadblocks
  • Solid knowledge of the Dynamics 365 (CRM) and other relevant applications
  • Effective communicator
  • Recognize and solve problems quickly



Ongoing Management:

  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions for requested enhancements & participate in system trainings for internal users
  • Establish criteria and implement tools to measure user adoption and departmental performance usage
  • Develop and maintain User Dashboards and performance scorecards
  • Provide Level 2 support for business inquiries associated with new and existing functionality, assisting IT with the development of Technical Design Documentation
  • Participate in ad hoc projects



Additional Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite (Office 365) of applications is required: desired application familiarity includes Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel & Power BI
  • Prior experience with CRM applications including understanding of entity architecture, system customization (views & dashboards) and business process management
  • A strong technical acumen is essential, which should include the ability to translate technical language to a non-technical audience
  • A minimum of 3+ years of analytical support experience required (preferably within the Dynamics 365 application)
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; significant related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Ability to assess new enhancement requests and integration needs, develop appropriate plans and ensure success
  • Proven project management experience including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Preferable understanding of supply chain and procurement services by business segment/channel. Food and non-food distribution experience a plus
  • A preferred intermediate understanding of the financial, commercial, technological and social aspects of Group Purchasing Organizations and the competitive environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to build effective long-term interpersonal relationships proactively across multiple departments within Foodbuy, working with others towards mutually acceptable solutions
