The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), BCA organization is seeking a proactive Product Lifecycle Data Analyst (Experienced, Senior) to join the Supply Chain Engineering (SCE) team in Everett, WA, Charleston, SC, Long Beach and Seal Beach, CA.

This position will focus on supporting all activities related to Boeing’s digital tools specifically focused on interactions with Boeing airplane program engineering commodities and suppliers across BCA.
This position helps ensure various interactions between Boeing Engineering and Boeing’s suppliers work seamlessly. Successful candidates will work in a fast paced environment, working both independently and as part of team to develop and deploy capabilities that support program start-up, customer introductions, engineering changes, and other sustaining activities. Strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to resolve cross-functional issues, and the ability to conduct systems thinking, “seeing the big picture”, are ideal.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This position is a hybrid position. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite in Everett, WA, Charleston, SC, Long Beach, CA, and OR Seal Beach, CA.

Position Responsibilities:
Defines, documents and negotiates product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes.

Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.

Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; conducts audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.

Develops certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes.

Develops plans, schedules and resource commitments to develop, test and deploy process improvements and changes.

Maintains related user documentation to support the design of engineering systems.

Maintains web pages/libraries to provide organizational visibility and communication to internal and external customer.

Maintains and improves products, processes and services to ensure consistent quality of data used to accomplish engineering tasks.

Communicate with other team members to ensure on-time performance while also ensure data accuracy.

Identify and input critical data requirements into Boeing databases for both Boeing and supplier after gathering information from necessary sources.

Compiles data from multiple sources.

Assists with activities to gather and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes.

Assists with plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.

Gathers data to assist in monitoring adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; assists with audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.

Provides scheduling and other non-technical assistance relevant to certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes.

Partner with Boeing engineering commodity groups, suppliers, and procurement agents assuring data configuration requirements are met.

Works under minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience interacting with suppliers, internal customers, and/or procurement agents

Experience partnering with engineering team members

Familiar with the Boeing System ‘Customer Supplier Data Transmittal’ (CSDT)

Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3): AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Senior (Level 4): AA degree in related discipline and typically 5 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Subject Matter Expert (L5): AA degree in related discipline and typically 15+ or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay Range Level 3: $85,000-$115,000
Pay range Level 4: $107,950-$146,050
Pay Range Leve 5: $127,500-$172,500
