Summary:

Responsible for defining the intake process by gathering customer requirements and working cross-functionally to implement new products.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Licenses/Certifications: None required.

Experience: Five to ten years of experience in payments and/or card systems preferred. Project management experience a plus. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Functions:

A: Job Specific:

• Assesses the market needs, competition, partnerships and opportunities to expand the Sutton Payment business.
• Develops the intake process for new product concepts which will include defining potential revenue and gathering cross-functional support.
• Fields product intake for new requests, prioritization or internal collateral asks.
• Acts as the subject matter expert for all existing and new products.
• Manages the credit program manager relationship through implementation to handoff to the assigned Account Manager.
• Supports the Preferred Partner Network by managing partner relationships, creating performance dashboards and facilitating introductions to new and existing partners.
• Develops training plans for new products and provides internal and external training support to the Sutton Payments organization.
