The Collier County Sheriff's Office is looking for positive, proactive, energetic, enthusiastic individuals that support our core principle of community, safety, service to fill the position of Procurement Quarter Master. Starting salary $17.66 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Type 30 correct wpm.
• Minimum Wonderlic score of 18
• Minimum OPAC scores of 80%

Position Requirements:

• Knowledge of modern office methods, procedures and equipment, including Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Outlook, database and network.
• Exercise initiative and sound judgment.
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Capable of interpreting and applying agency policies, procedures and rules.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of financial record keeping.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
• Must be able to work in an environment or in work temperatures exceeding 95 degrees and loud noise levels.
• Must be available to work 0800-1700 with occasional evening hours.

Examples of Duties:

• Providing excellent customer service to members, vendors, public and supervisors.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and maintaining files of correspondence, records, and other documents.
• Receive and deliver mail, answer incoming calls, and sort and file documents.
• Order and receive supplies and parts.
• Have the ability to handle weapons in a safe manner at all times.
• Inspect and store unloaded weapons.
• Supervise off-loading of supplies and equipment.
• Schedule appointments and monitor work.
• Order, issue and record clothing and uniform supplies including specialty uniform supply items.
