Key Role:

Interface and educate suppliers on the supply chain management process and procedures of onboarding and maintaining an active profile. Perform two-way communications with suppliers to include monitoring and follow up on outstanding actions and tracking of documentation to ensure timely award of procurements. Review reports and research errors or conflicting information in procurement documentation or system. Track and document the delivery status of orders through the electronic procurement system. Review purchase orders for inclusion of specific documents or clauses as defined in procedures. Review contract files and capture appropriate FAR and DFAR flow-downs to ensure compliance of established purchasing policies and procedures. Lead contact to establish Non-Disclosure Agreements Interact with internal business and support service teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Ability to apply pay strict attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all activities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain Management

• Ability to demonstrate intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros

• Ability to provide action status upon request

• Possession of excellent time management skills

• Possession of excellent organizational skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,400.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
