We are looking for someone to be hands on with our products, so ideally with an understanding for cannabis products, while being good at time management, to manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products.

Requirements & Skills:

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 30 pounds AND must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and products.

Duties:

Measuring, packaging, and labeling products

• Packaging processed material (jars and prerolls);
• Cleaning and sterilizing equipment and workspace daily
• Responsible for preparing final products for transfer to dispensary; involves trimming top-quality cannabis flowers with great attention to detail in a timely fashion, assembling \pre-rolled packs,\ packaging cannabis products, etc.;
• Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company's safety program to ensure quality of product is being met Follow SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Willingness to take instruction and follow through with correct implementation.
• Employees must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
• Able to assist to assistant other departments.
