The Headlines:
In the role of Process Leader – Utilities, working in Albany, GA, you will be part of the Utilities Department in Brewery Operations. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating an operational team to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system.
This position reports to the Unit Manager - Utilities and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams.
The Responsibilities:
- Experience in Utilities: Boilers, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration, water treatment, wastewater treatment, cooling cowers, chillers, & power distribution
- Experience with distributed control systems(DCS), PLCs, VFDs and or other components of automated processes.
- Process Safety Management(PSM) Experience or HAZMAT
- Water or wastewater certification(s)
- Scheduling software skills
- Computerized Maintenance management system(CMMS) skills
- Qualified electrical worker skills
- Engineering project experience
The Other Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/technical OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of manufacturing
- You have at least 3 years experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
- Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment
- You are serious about delivering results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
- You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
