Keystone Powdered Metal Company a world leader in the Powdered Metal Industry has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at its Cherryville NC location. Since 1927 Keystone has pioneered many advancements in technology and products in the PM industry. Today Keystone is part of Sumitomo Electric’s Industrial Materials segment which has thirteen P/M companies located in nine different countries around the world. Keystone operates plants in St. Marys and Lewis Run, Pennsylvania and Cherryville North Carolina and Troutman, NC

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to –

• To support the overall quality of powder metal parts, and assemblies.
• Total quality of the product through effective use of quality plans, product measuring equipment and interpretation of results. Maintain and calibrate dimensional and metallurgical equipment.
• Accurately maintains all applicable product/process information.
• Works effectively with other functional areas to guarantee quality products.
• Provides active input to continuous process improvement.
• Provides assistance in writing necessary procedures.
• Effectively communicates job-related information to co-workers and supervisors.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIEs

• Performs other tasks as requested.
• Works with and assist others.
• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Participates in the training of others.
• Helps out on the production floor when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $100.00 per year
