Position Summary: Candidate will be processing incoming orders for medical procedures and scheduling patients for those procedures. You will be the point of contact between ordering physicians, patients, and hospital/outpatient facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Asking medical questions for pre-procedure screening.
- Educating patients on prep for procedures.
- Great company with room for growth!
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Excellent computer skills, able to train across multiple software platforms.
- Must be able to multi-task, using multiple programs at the same time.
- Demonstrate professional writing and verbal skills
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual is a plus!
