Job description
Maple Press is currently hiring for a Offset Web Pressman. This position is a full-time position and is on 3rd shift, with training on 1st shift.
Pay: $22.64
(When on 3rd shift, you will recieve a $1.25 shift differential making the pay$23.89)
Hours:
- 3rd Shift: Sunday- Thursday, 11:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m.
(Training hours are Monday- Friday, 7:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Routine aspects of press operation by performing manual and machine operator tasks
- Manage Setup, maintenance, and operation of the offset press.
- Focusing on quality and production
- Running and staging for upcoming jobs
- Ensuring presses are supplied properly prior to print production.
- Responsible for weekly preventive maintenance
- Perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
- All other job duties assigned.
Skills:
- Ability to perform basic math functions.
- Ability to safety use hand trucks
- Web press experience is a must!
