The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. - Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Geotechnical staff within a branch
- Mentor, train, and develop junior-level staff
- Host or attend project meetings with clients and/or ECS staff to help provide technical solutions as requested
- Responsibilities include performing the following at the office level:
- Overseeing projects
- Performing technical report reviews
- Preparing and reviewing proposals
- Assisting with management of the department and P&L
- Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
- Assist hiring managers to help make staffing decisions
- Due to low barriers between departments, duties may also include performing the tasks above in CMT
- Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required
- 8 years of related experience
- BOARD ENDORSEMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: Candidate must be designated as an Associate Principal as outlined in ECS Senior Technical Staff Policies and Procedures.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license is required in each of the state(s) in which you work.
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required.
