Under limited supervision, performs a variety of duties in the Support Services Department of Cook Out Restaurants. Our pressure washing technician's are responsible for making every facility look clean and inviting to every guest.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*Knowledge and ability to use and maintain a hot water pressure washer and other small gas powered equipment and hand tools.
*Able to follow and execute established processes for all cleaning and landscaping needs.
*Able to work and travel as a two person team, working well with others.
*Detailed oriented and efficient time management.
*Ability to work in an outdoor ever changing environment. (Hot, Cold, Rain)
*Days will begin between 2A and 5A.
*Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
*Complete daily reports to the supervisor.
*Able to travel up to 30% of the time out of town.
*Knowledge of facility cleanliness for a large scale Quick Service Restaurant
*Knowledge of a variety of equipment including pressure washers, back pack blowers, lifts, etc.
*Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
*Skills in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
*Skill in using hand and power tools.
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Cook Out staff and the customers.
*Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
*Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
*There is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
*This position is 40 hours a week plus overtime. Can be up to 14 hour days, 5 days a week.
Minimum Qualifications:
*High School diploma or GED and one (1) year experience in a large facility cleanliness, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
*A valid driver’s license is required and a clear driving record is required.
*Also must be able to pass a DOT physical and maintain a log book.
