• Be dedicated to customer service and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and coworkers.
• Be able to maintain own tools as well as equipment provided by Enerflex.
• Set up pallets of testing equipment as preparation for pressure testing complete units (blinds, gaskets, studs & NPT fittings)
• Install correct blinds, gaskets, studs, and pipe fittings on specified connections.
• Follow mentor and report any leaks or defects found during test to unit lead hand or supervisor.
• Clean up equipment and designated bay at the end of each job and/or each workday.
• Daily 5S responsibilities

Job Specifications

• High School Diploma/ GED desired
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Listening and understanding
• Make decisions (right tool for the job, correct stud, gasket, & flange size to use)
• Ability to act quickly in case of an emergency.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Use of basic hand tools
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant industrial experience

Working Conditions

Industrial environment. This role requires a large amount of standing, bending, squatting, lifting, and walking on a constant basis. May be required to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. Many tasks have high degrees of time sensitivity.
