Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant 1 Full Time and 1 Part Time. Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma is looking for a Licensed Physician in Oklahoma with a current DEA Number preferred, or licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with history of training and/or experience in Psychiatry or prescribing psychiatric medications. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: review condition of agency clients referred to medication clinic and determine efficacy of intervention with medication; prescribe medications for clients and explain medication side-effects to consumer and/or guardian, as needed, in keeping with accepted clinical practice of Psychiatry and consistent with credentials; consult and advise clinical staff, as necessary, in the provision of services and client care; utilize the electronic medical records system for obtaining benefits, monitoring consumer condition, tracking, billing and reporting client services on a timely basis and meeting standards of care. Will schedule clients according to needs of agency and consistent with standards of practice as well as meeting productivity expectations. Must abide by established protocols, policies, and procedures of the agency and Federal and State regulatory agencies.
