IDEAL CANDIDATE
Applicant minimum age: 18 years old Soccer Shots reserves the right to make amendments to the schedule and/or availability requirements from time to time and at its sole discretion. All employees are expected to work upon agreement of scheduled days with the Director. Employees will be required to complete comprehensive virtual and on-field training as part of the on-boarding process.
- Part Time #1 (approx. 20 sessions/week) - Mondays between 8:30a and 2:00p, Tuesdays OFF, Wednesdays between 9a and 2p, Thursdays between 10a and 4p, and Fridays between 9a and 11a. Off on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. No nights or weekends.
- Part Time #2 (approx. 8 sessions/week) - Mondays between 9:30a and 2:00p, Tuesdays between 9a and 11a, Thursdays between 9a and 11a, and Fridays between 9a and 11a. Off on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. No nights or weekends.
- Part Time #3 (approx. 4 sessions/week) - Thursdays between 8a and 12p. Option to serve as floater/coverage for other teammates.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Confidently competent; demonstrated experience engaging and enthusiastically leading children between the ages of 2-8. Experience with soccer (player, coach, etc). Early Childhood Education background preferred but not required. Gifted with patience, excellent imagination, and stellar silly face.
- Caring and others-oriented; known for engaging with children through specific and positive affirmations. Fervent in ensuring the safety and health of those we serve.
- Learning mindset; motivated and seeking growth, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Driven and responsible, known for delivering results, honoring commitments, being organized and on-time.
- Believes the team comes before self and is team-oriented but is also comfortable working individually and/or remotely throughout the week.
- Thoughtful and professional communicator; shares perspectives, ideas, and feedback willingly and constructively.
