We are seeking a dynamic Director for our established and growing Preschool/ Childcare facility to join our team as soon as possible. We are looking for a candidate that will provide professional leadership, management, and administrative skills to manage and direct the preschool with a great attitude. Must be proficient in establishing and maintaining the highest quality standards in accordance with all the regulating agencies.

Minimum requirement for this position:

• At least three years of strong leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
• Must have a passion to work with children and make a difference each day
• Ensure a FUN, Engaged, and Compassionate Learning Environment
• Strong ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a positive and fun environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of national and state education standards, licensing requirements and procedures, fire, health, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong knowledge of the USDA Child Nutrition Program.
• Compliance with state licensing standards for the preschool program director, including but not limited to criminal background screening and fingerprinting.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple situations effectively
• Goal-oriented - will see a project through completion.
• Sitting, standing, bending, dancing, costume wearing and lifting between 10-50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,568.00 - $45,000.00 per year
