As a prep person you are expect to follow the receipe setforth by Cava.

As a prep pesrson, you will:

• Take pride in producing mind blowing meals for every guest.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the prep area.
