As a Prep Cook, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Customer Focus: Maintains CTY’s customer driven approach to service.
• Food Production: Follows standards that produce the highest quality product representing the CTY ideals of focusing on healthy, portion controlled, and sustainable local foods.
• Assist in the preparation of daily meals according to Cater to You standards
• Wash and clean raw food products
• Peel, dice, shred and slice food products using knives or electric equipment
• Follow proper portion control guidelines
• Keep work area and equipment neat and clean at all times
• Store prep food properly and safely using HACCP labeling and dating
• Prepare and serve food for special functions as assigned, including nights and weekends
• Supports and participates in common teamwork with all kitchen colleagues
• Report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to Chef Manager
• Report to work well-groomed and in a clean uniform.
• Ensure that there is a safe and secure environment for all
• Help out in other areas when you are asked to do so by supervisors

Cater To You meals are always created on-site, from scratch. Salary:
$15.50 - $16.50 per hour
