We’re looking for a Premier Support Tech to join Procore’s Premier Support team. In this role, you’ll assist Procore’s Enterprise Premier Accounts by triaging their highest-impact issues and concerns. You will report back trends and work together with the client’s Procore Committee to create actionables that will assist in adoption, and remove obstacles to a successful renewal.

As a Premier Support Tech, you’ll partner with our Enterprise Account Teams and Support to ensure positive technical outcomes and resolve issues that are organization and account-impacting. You will use your Technical Experience, Emotional Intelligence, and diligence to solve big-picture, high-visibility issues for our Enterprise clients. This position reports into Premier Support Manager and will be based in Austin TX, Willmar MN, and Carpinteria, CA. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Promote an environment for renewal by ensuring there are no technical barriers to the customer’s ongoing success-reporting risk back to key stakeholders. Own all Support outcomes
  • Lead Monthly Technical Health Reviews and provide relevant technical recommendations on solutions and enhancements specific to their business needs
  • Triage and troubleshoot with Premier Power Users on an Enterprise level
  • Act as an advocate for clients during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases, driving business reliability and customer satisfaction
  • Develop relationships with Premier Power Users and become an expert on a customer’s Procore implementation
  • Contribute and collaborate internally to share knowledge and best practices with teams throughout Procore
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of company technology, products, and services, including working with other teams to stay ahead of the curve on upcoming releases and betas.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ year experience Supporting Procore
  • Strong presentation skills
  • An empathetic advocate that can assist a client in discerning wants from needs while trying to accomplish both
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and working relationships with peers and co-workers

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $21-$29. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
