Job description
The Post Team Leader is responsible for the direct training and supervision of a designated team or staff, in addition to performing General Cleaner duties.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
Explains job descriptions to assigned team.
Provide employee training regarding acceptable techniques and procedures for cleaning and performing specific duties of the Inform team about company or facility cleaning policies and procedure.
Communicates acceptable productivity, safety and quality standards and enforce themEnsure all supplies and equipment are available to complete assigned task
- Maintains equipment in good condition.
- Reports any maintenance or equipment concerns immediately.
- Counsels, evaluates and disciplines all employees assigned to team.
- Conducts inspections of assigned work area.
- Responsible for cost control of labor supplies and equipment of assigned team.
- Maintains records for assigned team, including inspection reports, team work schedules, and maintenance and safety reports.
- Reports accidents and injuries immediately to Shift Supervisor.
- Completes all other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor.
