PORTFOLIO ACCOUNTANT - HOAMCO (Flagstaff, AZ)
- Degree in Accounting or over 3 years of experience.
- Detail-oriented and excellent at follow up.
- Able to prioritize daily duties.
- Superior customer service skills and a great attitude.
- Able to prioritize competing tasks and balance projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain, monitor, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process homeowner assessment statements.
- Analyze and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Interact with Managers and Board members to answer accounting questions.
