WSH Management is currently recruiting for Porter at our 150-unit senior apartment community in Buena Park near Beach Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue.

Job Description

The standard responsibilities include ensuring that public spaces are clean and tidy, collecting debris and equipment and placing in an appropriate location, performing light maintenance such as changing light bulbs and spot cleaning areas as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years porter/janitorial or relevant experience.
• Hard working with the desire to obtain on the job training.
• Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screening. (A conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from employment with WSH Management.)
