Fogelman is looking for a Full-time Porter. Maitland City Centre is a mid-rise 244-unit Class-A luxury community in the Maitland area of Orlando. The ideal candidate possesses porter experience, attention to detail, good customer service skills, and is a team player.
PORTER JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Picking up community grounds
- Cleaning the office and amenity areas
- Tackling compactors daily
- Pressure washing
- Cleaning exterior buildings and breezeways
- Ability to do light maintenance in make ready units
- Use of ladders for light changes
- Good customer service skills
- Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
- Other job duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Will require lifting, pulling, bending, and stooping
- Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
