Job description

Clean, service and chemically treat swimming pools. A company truck will be provided that is fully equipped with all tools necessary for the job. This position requires walking, bending and lifting, so good physical stamina is a must! Experience preferred, but we provide extensive on-the-job training. If you have a desire to work independently, like to work outdoors, have good communication skills and a positive attitude, this career is a perfect fit for you.

Skills Required:

• Endurance to work year round in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
• A clean driving record and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to work with all chemicals necessary for pool water clarity.

Compensation: Andy’s Pool Service offers an entrepreneurial compensation plan with good growth potential. Our competitive compensation package is industry leading, includes paid vacation, holiday pay and company paid Health Insurance benefits for tenured employees. Beginning pay for a Technician will be commensurate with previous job experience.
