JMT's Project Controls team is seeking a PMIS Specialist to join their Newark, DE group. The successful candidate will be responsible for effective provisioning, implementation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems (software) and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within Project Management Information Systems environment. Ensures that software systems and related procedures adhere to best practices. Sponsorship is not available for this position.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer Unifier environment, including setup, configuration, daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis
  • Perform typical system administrative activities such as user account creation, telephone provisioning, backup, restore and issue resolution.
  • Perform software customization including business process modelling
  • Assist in organization compliance.
  • Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for Unifier solutions
  • Coordinate the testing and implementation of all changes, repairs and upgrades
  • Provide end user support and troubleshooting

Required Skills

Required Experience
  • College Diploma in computer related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of direct Unifier solution experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with document management, software deployment
  • Experience with Unifier and or eBuilder solutions including workflow enhancement and documentation of modifications.
  • Experience with Oracle Unifier and workflow enhancement.

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
