Our Plumbing Project Supervisors' serve as an expert, explaining the specifications and features of a product or service to existing or potential customers, intending to close the job(s). This crucial role provides exceptional consultative services to our customers and confirms their needs are satisfied before leaving a customer's home.

We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated, success-driven, and team-oriented sales supervisor to join our Murrieta branch. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, a proven successful close rate, and a charismatic personality to lead their Team while in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, direct, and own the entire job site
  • Prepare and submit bids for potential new projects
  • Identify and pursue new clients
  • Provide outstanding communication, direction, and customer satisfaction to achieve successful completion of every project
  • Meet with current and potential clients to evaluate their homes and present options to repair, service, or replace their current plumbing systems with close sales techniques
  • Schedule for permits and inspections to be performed on time
  • Supervise, train, motivate and assign tasks to your team
  • Material, tool, and equipment handling, which includes ordering, receiving, placing, and returning
  • Respond to emergency calls, be "on-call", and required to work weekends and after hours
  • Ensuring that safety standards are met
  • Works closely with the Project Manager and Branch Manager to discuss business development opportunities and helps to identify aggressive strategies for continued improvement
  • Attends and contributes to the various tailgate meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of proven SALES close rate
  • Healthy business development, follow-up, closing, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Born hustler
  • Strong leadership skills
  • A mindset that is open to new ideas, methods, and perspective
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Able to work weekends and after hours
  • Must live within 30 minutes of branch
