- Manage a labor staff of over 60 shift workers and line supervisors
- Implement the Company’s KPI program that achieves desired production and product quality outputs
- Collaborate with the Maintenance, QA, and Logistics teams on daily operational activities
- Ensure a production culture focused maximized safety, quality, and efficiency
- Mange the team’s hours to maximize production time and minimize downtime
- Monitor laborers to ensure they are focused on production
- Engage with the C-Level team on Company initiatives
- Foster of culture of open communication
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
- Five years or more overseeing production in a USDA regulated food processing facility
- Work with a diverse set of employees from all backgrounds
- Four year or equivalent college degree
- Immediately address any production concerns and relay issues to senior management
