First Priority Group is a diversified manufacturer, dealer, upfitter and service provider of emergency and specialty vehicles. We are seeking a Plant Manager to support our customers at our new Forestville, Maryland facility.

Skill Level and Experience

Applicants should be experienced, with a management background in the automotive field, preferably within the municipal emergency vehicle arena. Applicants should be hard-working, reliable, and work well in a leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position’s responsibilities may include:

• Running the day-to-day operations of the facility
• Overseeing a team of individuals responsible for upfitting and servicing emergency and specialty vehicles
• Training your team to follow in-depth installation and assembly instructions
• Guiding your team to deliver the highest quality product to satisfy customers
• Being responsible for on-time and on budget production
• Allocating resources effectively and fully utilizing assets to produce optimal results
• Working within a production facility
