• 8-10 years experience working as a Plant Manager or Manufacturing Manager role
• Experience overseeing all plant safety and environmental concerns
• Experience assisting Maintenance with troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and improving equipment performances
• BS degree in Engineering
• Computer skills – CAD (2D and 3D), Microsoft office
• Familiarity of 3 phase electrical circuits
• PLC Knowledge and Experience a plus

Job Description: The Plant Engineer oversees all plant safety and environmental concerns in addition to assisting Maintenance with troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and improving equipment performances.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing process development/improvements.
• Equipment Troubleshooting
• Product Quality Improvement Projects
• Capital Equipment Projects
• Tooling/Fixture Design
• Update or create mechanical and electrical drawings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
• Excellent math, verbal, and written skills
• Computer skills – CAD (2D and 3D), Microsoft office
• Ability to identify and use various hand tools and equipment
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, diagnostics and repair

Other Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity of 3 phase electrical circuits
• PLC Knowledge and Experience a plus

Experience with occupational safety and health compliance
